Delivery, transportation and shipping dates

The purchased product will be delivered via Israel Post couriers/courier company to the customer's home within seven (7) business days. In the case of a pre-order for a product that is not in stock, the delivery time will be extended to fourteen (14) business days.

Shipping is free.

The order can be picked up free of charge at a pickup address provided when placing the order.

If a customer wishes to cancel their order after the product has been shipped, they can do so by calling (053-7230696) or by contacting customer service via email at info.wildox@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product. We will ask for the reason for the return as much as possible so that we can improve our service. After receiving confirmation of the transaction cancellation, we will ask you to arrange for the product to arrive at the store or at any address that you agree with. The product must be wrapped in its original packaging, with the business's receipt.

The return or exchange of the product is subject to the product being in good condition and not having been used or customized for the customer, as long as the tag/label has not been removed from the product and the product is in its original packaging in which it was supplied. Subject to the conditions detailed above, Vered will provide a full refund, without cancellation fees, in the event of the product being returned by the customer, however, the refund is limited to 3 consecutive returns.

The customer must inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If the customer received the product damaged, or if the product specifications differ from those published on the site, the customer may cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, by sending a cancellation notice by e-mail to info.wildox@gmail.com to customer service, all in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
